What We're Looking For
We welcome passionate educators who meet these qualifications
Native or Near-Native Fluency
You should be a native speaker or have near-native fluency in the language you wish to teach, with excellent pronunciation and grammar.
Teaching Experience
At least 1 year of teaching experience (formal or informal). Experience with online teaching is a plus but not required.
Teaching Certification
TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification preferred. Native speakers with strong teaching skills may be considered without certification.
Tech-Savvy
Comfortable using video conferencing tools, digital learning platforms, and basic computer applications.
Reliable Availability
Able to commit to a consistent teaching schedule with at least 5-10 hours per week. More hours available for those who want them.
